I represent the interests of our members in the foodservice sector. I understand the sectors’ business needs and problem areas and demonstrate how GS1 standards and solutions can help to resolve these. Increased adoption of GS1 standards across the sector benefits everyone: the common enemy here is inefficiency.
My work has given me a far greater understanding of the sector through my relationships with so many different distributors, manufacturers, operators and technology providers. It’s a great position to have and I’m fortunate to be in it.
I joined from Bidvest 3663, where I was a Supply Chain Manager, and prior to that, a Business Development Manager for Sainsbury’s.
